I was very surprised to see the e-mail.
It said that this blog was labeled "spam".

What a ....

I don't know how to tell.

But I had been able to cancel such state.

　I have kept diary since 1998. My acquantance Mr. Raita Hirai reccomended me to do this.

At that time, I wrote always about my family. I couldn't enjoy my life so I thought it depended on my family life, especially, my father.

I kept diary every day and wrote what I felt.

Without notice, some change had come.

I changed what I wrote. I wrote about myself, how I felt, why I took such behavior.

Maybe, such changes couldn't name "personal development", Stefan Sagmeister wrote,but certainly, I have changed myself for keeping diary.

medical examination of 5-yrs old children

Yesterday, I did medical examination for 5 years old children.It was held under the sponsorship of the Yokote city government.

More than 10 children and their mother and father came to it.

The object of this exam is to screen PDD;pervasive developmental disorder children. Yet this is only "model project", most of parents didn't know the object.

I examined one child.His mother is from Philippine.She can't speak Japanese well and nor her boy.Not only so,he had some characters of PDD(echoralia,poor communication ability,etc.).So, I talked to her in Japanese,but she seemed little understood.
I forced to talk to her in English, very poor English.
"It seems to me that he has some difficulty of Japanese language communication.Please consult my colleague." I didn't hit the word "health nurse".

I shamed my disability of English.

But she smiled and said,"That's OK."

Soon,he took some language chek and after that,we conferenced him and his family.

Hooh...

I would like to be more nice English speaker...

psychiatrist,psycho...

In my clinic, I always think that what other psychiatrists think about their clinics.

However,I can't know that.

So, I do blog. For the first, I opened my thoughts and ... for my English ability.
